Michael Boggs loves to sing and lead worship. That’s the short version.

But what you really need to know about Michael is that he’s on an incredible journey right now, watching God open unexpected doors and lead him down a path of surprising twists and turns.

In 2006, Michael stepped into the role of worship leader at Kairos, offering a more modern worship sound to the Tuesday night service, which attracts more than 1,000 young adults each week.

Today, when he’s not leading worship for Kairos, he keeps a rigorous, 120-date-a-year solo-touring schedule, performing and leading worship around the country. This award-winning singer and songwriter also recently recorded two solo worship projects—a live worship album and a collection of hymns.

Above all else, his number one focus is leaving all his life plans up to Jesus and simply following Him. He says, “My job is to feel the pulse of God and also the pulse of the people, and then bring them together. If I can help people feel the heartbeat of God, I feel that I have done my job. That’s when true, authentic worship happens.”
