Nina Rachel Shapiro Gordon (born November 14, 1967) is an American rock singer, and is the co-founder of the band Veruca Salt, having written the songs "Seether" and "Volcano Girls". Since leaving Veruca Salt in 1998, she pursued a solo career.

Gordon and her fiance, Jeff Russo (of Tonic), welcomed their first child, Ivy Nightingale Russo, on November 21, 2006.
