The Hermes House Band is a Dutch party band established in 1984 by members of the Hermes student society in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.From the band s establishment onward, a member of the band that finishes his/her studies has to leave the band immediately. Currently the band has about 75 former members. The Hermes House Band has now released more than 25 albums and singles.Both Rhythm of the Night and Please Don t Go come from our new album: Rhythm of the Nineties. We took some of the greatest Eurodance Hits from the decade, and turned them into songs again. Ever wondered how No Limit would sound like if it had been used for a James Bond Movie? Or The First, the Last, Eternity if it was played by a heavy metal band? We asked ourselves these questions, and answered them! The result is on the album, and we re very proud of it.
