After their wedding, Mary and Jesus have a wonderful time together. With the mother of Jesus as well as her many friends, they move in Galilee through places like Kanaa, Naïn, Bethsaida or Chorazin, where they announce their teaching. Their path also leads them in the southeast to Gerasa and Tyros such as Sidon in the northwest. The emotional center of the group remains Magdala throughout the years. There they are supported by Martha and Maria's parents and always find a place of rest on their exciting path.

It was during this time that Mary and Jesus experienced the religious rite of their annual pilgrimage to the temple in Jerusalem for the first time as a married couple. During the course of this pilgrimage, both were able to consciously perceive the social impact of their extensive religious and political activities on those who were not exactly benevolent towards them. Now Roman rulers in this province also heard the news about the actions and work of a group of Maria, Jesus and her apostles. For both the Romans and the Jewish residents, who were benevolent to the Roman occupiers, their teachings were an extraordinary provocation.
