Jack White近日宣布将于今年6月9日发行新专辑《 Lazaretto》。这是Jack White个人计划的第二张录音室专辑，由他自己的唱片厂牌Third Man Records发行。同时他将于今年夏天开始欧洲和北美范围的巡演。

除此之外，Third Man Records还将推出一系列限量款黑胶：一张12寸蓝白渐变色黑胶和一张7寸单曲黑胶，单曲选自新专辑曲目"Alone in My Home"和 "Entitlement"。同时还包括一本附有歌词、照片和乐谱的40页精装手册和一张可折叠海报。限量版套装于4月30日面市。

很有意思的是，Jack White声称这是世上制作和出版速度最快的黑胶：他将在Record Store Day当天上午10点现场演奏专辑的Intro曲，当场灌录到黑胶中，立即送往United Record Pressing进行压制、包装，并且在当天下午将成品送回Third Man Records唱片公司进行出售。也就是说当天观看演出的观众下午就能购买到这些限量套装。

紧随Jack White的新专辑发布消息不久，他又宣布了今年的巡演计划。他将于这个夏天完成北美和欧洲范围的巡演。日程中比较重要的几站包括4月19日在Record Store Day的演出（Jack White将如上文提到的那样当场录制限量款黑胶）以及六月份在几个重要的音乐节Governors Ball, Bonnaroo和Glastonbury的演出。（能小毛 ）

The aforementioned Blunderbuss was the first U.S. #1 album of Jack's storied career, also debuting at #1 in the UK, Canada, and, naturally, Switzerland. Blunderbuss was supported by an ambitious world tour featuring two backing bands, the all-male Buzzards and all-female Peacocks, notched up five GRAMMY nominations including Album of the Year, and dominated Best of 2012 lists, including being named MOJO's #1 album of 2012.
